Usage
In Jackson traps (recommended) inside the pheromone trap. Trap captures must be monitored weekly in order to correctly determine the FTD of the trap to apply control measures in a timely manner.
Fruit flies mate in the treetops to protect themselves from predators and the wind; for this reason, the traps should be located near the fruits in the upper third of the tree, they must be exposed to the sun as little as possible, and the entrance of the trap should not be obstructed by branches or any other element.
If a trap is placed in creeping plants (for example, melon) near the fruiting area, physical devices must be used to support the trap.
Preservation
It is recommended to store them in the original sachets in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight.
